    [Sotus S] Episode 9

Episode 9 starts off the next day at work, after Kongpob has told Arthit that he loves him. It’s kind of a big day because the company has chosen which departments the interns are going to stay in for the rest of their internships. The internship is 3 months long. The first month was spent trying out the different departments and the following two months will be spent in the department chosen for them. Both Kongpob and Nai want to be placed in the production department. So they meet up with P’Durian (the secretary/assistant…still not entirely sure what her job title is) and she tells them where they will be…

    [Movie Review] Front Cover

Front Cover is a movie that was released back in 2016. For a quick synopsis, the movie is about an openly gay man named Ryan who works in the fashion industry. He is of Chinese descent but was born and raised in the USA and is culturally distant from his Chinese heritage. One day at work he is told that he is going to be working with an up and coming actor from China named Ning who is coming to the USA for a while to branch out and reach a wider audience. A big issue is that Ning refuses to work with anyone who is not Chinese. Once they…

    [Sotus S] Episode 8

Hello allllll! Back again with my Sotus S episode reviews. I know it’s been a long time. Episode 7 ended with Kongpob telling Arthit that he basically has no idea how to act with him since Arthit’s attitude and reactions are so unpredictable. We really didn’t get much after that. They just kind of stood silently staring at each other. Then Arthit moved closer to him to let him know that it’s okay if they stand close. So fast forward to the next day and the boys are at work. P’Earth asks Kongpob to deliver something to the head of the accounting department. Her name is Paga and she is…

    [Review] REMINDERS เพระคิดถึง

Reminders is a mini series that was released by Line TV around two months ago, back in April. I think like most people, I saw all the familiar actors and thought that this was going to be a continuation of some sort but it really wasn’t…at least I don’t think so? It gets a little confusing because all the actors (the three couples) are from two different series but they are also playing the same couples in this series, only they all have different names, except for the OG couple – Phun And Noh.  Their names are: (left: previous names / right: current names in this series) Ae > Pin…

    [Sotus S] Episode 7

Episode 7 picks up right where episode 6 leaves off, with Kongpob standing in the hallway, trying to get Arthit to come back outside and talk to him. But instead of communicating and working things out, Arthit wants to stay mad and ignore him. But then he gets jealous when he thinks that Cherry (the flamboyant one from the production department) is showing him lots of attention and wants to know if he has a girlfriend. Well eventually they finally talk, but only because Kongpob was waiting outside his door. Arthtit tries to close the door in his face but Kongpob tries to barge in anyway and gets his arm…

    [Sotus S] Episodes 5 & 6

So episode 5 definitely felt like a filler episode. We see new things and meet a few new people, but overall nothing of importance really happened. Well, not entirely. We did get to meet Kongpob’s parents! That’s new and I wasn’t expecting it at all. It was nice to see them but overall, it’s safe to assume that Kongpob’s home life is completely perfect so the interactions between him and his parents got boring pretty fast. Not to say that his parents aren’t likable characters, they are! But like I said before, everything was just filler. We also got to meet a new character, a new worker at Arthit’s job…

    [Sotus S] Episode 3 & 4

So all the freshman activities are finally finished and it’s only episode 4. Wow, that was fast. It’s been a month or two since I’ve rewatched the first season and I can’t remember what episode the freshman initiation activities finished. It felt like it took forever though. And of course we couldn’t end the freshman activities without having someone confess their feelings to Kongpob (again!). In the first season, it was May that confessed her feelings but Kongpob was already head over heels for Arthit. This season it was a new reoccurring character, a freshman girl named Khao Fang. I knew it was coming, honestly. She would spend way too…

    [Sotus S] Episode 2

So season 2 has wasted no time jumping right into things, but at the same time, it hasn’t really caught my attention. And believe it or not, I felt this way about the first season as well. It took me around 4 episodes to really get into it and finally start enjoying myself. It’s looking like that might be the case for this season as well. Right off the back I really don’t like the new kid, Dae. He is seriously just mean and disrespectful for no reason. We find out that he is not a freshman but a transfer student. But since he is new to the university, he…

    [Sotus S] Episode 1

So it has been two years since the completion of SOTUS: The Series and I am finally getting around to watching the second season, SOTUS S. Sotus just happens to be the series that sparked my love for Thai dramas and catapulted me into the world of BL. It wasn’t the very first BL drama that I watched (the first few were trash). But it was the first that I truly enjoyed. As someone who loves reading and writing, a good story line is a must for me. SOTUS: The Series gave me a great story line with good acting and a fluffy romance. It made my little heart squee…

[Review] Dakaretai Otoko 1-i ni Odosarete Imasu

Hello fangirl friends! I’m back with another review and it’s the very first anime review on this blog. I am not huge into anime but I have been trying to get more into it because people say it’s so good. Even my dad watches the anime Full Metal Alchemist. Besides Sailor Moon and maybe the first 10 episodes of One Piece, I am a total newbie when it comes to any kind of anime. When poking around the forums that I am a part of, this was an anime that was recommended. It’s fairly new. Its manga version was released as 5 volumes back in 2013 and it wasn’t made…
